Curated Goods Terms of Use

This website, located at www.shopcuratedgoods.com, or any of our affiliated sites (collectively, the “Site”), is provided by Curated LLC (“Curated,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to the person accessing this Site (“you,” “your”).

1. You Agree to These Terms by Using this Site: 

Your access to, and use of, this Site is subject to the following Terms of Use and all applicable regulations. By accessing and using this Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use. Curated may, at any time and without notice, modify these Terms of Use by revising them on the Site. Your continued use of the Sire constitutes your acceptance of any such revisions. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the current Terms of Use. You may not modify these Terms of Use except in a writing signed by Curated. If you do not agree and accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use, you must exit the site immediately.

2. Item Descriptions:

Please read item descriptions carefully. Most of the items sold on Curated Goods are vintage, used, or re-purposed, and are not brand new or in mint-condition unless otherwise noted. Item descriptions and dimensions are written as accurately as possible, and some details are subjective. In addition, the colors shown on the Site may be influenced by the settings of your computer or your monitor. Accordingly, Curated makes no guarantees that any actual colors of products or features will be true or accurate. Please email us with any inquiries regarding product specifications.

3. Shipping:

The shipping details for each item are estimated based on US Domestic, and may be more or less than the provided quote, depending on where you live. Until they are packaged and weighed, the shipping rate is an estimate and may vary from the originally stated price. Please email us if you would like a more precise quote for shipping. International shipping is available. Curated may provide freight for large items such as furniture at an extra cost to be decided depending on exact location. 

4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

No returns or refunds. Exchanges are possible on all clothing, shoes, and accessories within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. Refunds all clothing, shoes, and accessories within 7 days  are accepted only on online orders NOT Ebay transactions, minus the fee for shipping. There is a 25% restocking fee. Curated is not responsible for shipping items to be exchanged, but will provide a shipping estimate by request.  All furniture, artwork, and home décor sales are final.

5. Payments:

Curated Goods accepts payments in cash, MasterCard and Visa. Any furniture ordered online must paid via credit card by calling our store at (949) 463-5752. This includes any merchandise that is not able to be shipped via USPS, Fed Ex or UPS. Paypal is only accepted on items that can be shipped via mail.

6. Consign with Us

Thank you for your interest in consigning with us. We offer a 50/50 consignment policy with the price set at fair market value. We inform you of all offers before accepting them. After 60 days, we lower the price by 30%. After 90 days, consignment ends unless you choose to renew.

In order to consign or sell to us, we require a government issued ID such as a driver's license, state ID card, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Layaway:

1.     Layaway require 25% deposits on total amount and are non-refundable.
